Quality Management System
Product quality and safety assurance are fundamental requirements that are checked on a daily basis throughout the entire production cycle.
We have introduced a Quality Management System that has been certified in compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
When manufacturing food packaging, it is necessary to ensure that any contamination risks are strictly controlled and minimized. Polipaks complies with all the requirements of the ISO 22000:2005 standard (food safety management systems and the requirements for any organization in the food chain). This incorporates the principles of food safety control – HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point).
Manufacturing processes are organized and controlled in compliance with ‘good manufacturing practice’ and in accordance with the European Commission Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006 (of 22 December 2006) for materials and articles that come into contact with food.
Our company, in addition to improving the quality management process, is also introducing environmental management system requirements to comply with the rigorous ISO 14001:2015 standard.
In April 2016, the packaging production plant was certified in accordance with the BRC Global Standard- PACKAGING AND PACKAGING MATERIALS (Issue 5, July 2015)/ British Retail Consortium Standard; we were awarded the highest AA category.
