We offer our Customers a broad range of solutions for plastic packaging manufacture – from customised engineering solutions to the development of designs and the implementation into a commercial prototype.
We have been engaged in plastic packaging manufacture using the blow extrusion method since 1996. Our extrusion department has been developed in parallel with advances in extrusion technologies. Our standard products are 3-layer co-extrusion films based on LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE.
After 9-layer blow extrusion technology was mastered in 2015, our company embarked upon the production of high-barrier films based on EVOH and РА that are widely used today in MAP packaging technologies. Our advanced equipment enables the manufacture of films with highly accurate thickness values – up to 2-4% – that feature the required strength and surface properties. To manufacture a co-extrusion film, it must be at least 20 µm thick.
In order to supply a consistently excellent product to our Customers we only use raw materials sourced from trusted European suppliers.
Since 2000, POLIPAKS has been manufacturing flexographic printing using solvent-based inks. We have the capabilities to print 10-colour patterns up to 1,250 mm wide on different materials.
We can also offer printing using special-purpose inks with enhanced weather resistance and apply coatings with matt and gloss varnishes as well as varnishes with a set sliding factor.
Our company stands out from its competitors by being able to print with a high pitch – up to 1,250 mm, which is a necessary, for example when printing multiple packaging for bottles and large bags.
In 2010, we implemented an advanced printing plate technology called FAST HD, which allows us to work with a resolution of up to 155LPI. We can now manufacture printing plates within a few hours.
Our design department can assist our Customers with all the design help and support they may need regarding flexographic printing.
After our plant moved to a new production site in 2015 and new flexographic equipment was installed, our printing capabilities have increased more than 50%
Lamination is the process of bonding together different films, for example clear plastic film is bonded onto printed matter. We can also bond the film on both sides.
We offer both cost-effective solutions based on solvent-free lamination techniques and combined solvent-based methods for the most demanding applications.
We produce duplex and triplex packaging based on both high-barrier materials containing EVOH and PA and combinations based on PET, PE, PP, paper and aluminium foil.
To enhance the visual appeal of your products, we can highlight packaging design elements with matt or glossy varnish with in-register printing.

Our state-of-the-art slitter rewinding machines produce rolls from 25 mm wide.
If required we can produce ready rolls on cores 76 and 152 mm in diameter.
We make various bags from РЕ, СРР, ВОРР and laminated materials.
Our product range includes wicket bags for bread, chicken and vegetables. We also manufacture plain bags, bags with a bottom gusset, and also round and square bottom bags.
Our standard products are bag rolls and bags with a DKT cut handle. We can also manufacture bags with reinforced handles.
Re-sealable bags can be made as a standard re-sealable option, or as a security option using extra strong adhesion tamper-proof tapes.
We have installed special-purpose equipment for the manufacture of bags with extra strong seals for heavy and bulky products, these bags can also be printed, and special embossing can be added to prevent the bags from sliding during warehousing operations.
If required, we can offer macro-perforation, cold perforation of films and hot macro-perforation of wicket bags.
As an option, we offer individual numbering of wicket bags in ascending or descending order, in-register printing of impress and advertising code numbering.
Our laboratory is equipped with the most advanced state-of-the-art equipment for inspecting incoming materials, final inspection of finished products and the controls required for in-process parameters.
We also monitor strength properties of films, sliding factor and quality of welds, and offer recommendations as to welding conditions. We determine vapour permeabilty and barrier properties with regard to oxygen, and monitor residual solvent content in printed packaging.
